Return Policy

At Maison Nadine, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, should you wish to return a product, this document outlines our return policy in detail.

Conditions for Returns

  • Returns may only be registered after the item has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.

  • Trying on items is permitted; however, items that have been worn are not eligible for return.

  • Products intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Register your return by emailing info@maisonnadine.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier.

  3. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved following inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • Maison Nadine is not responsible for lost parcels if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
